Admissions Deadline

Applications for Fall 2024 admission, complete with a personal statement, all transcripts, three letters of recommendation, and official TOEFL scores (if required) will be accepted by the Graduate School and reviewed by the department until March 12, 2024.  Early submission of applications is encouraged and recommended. Deadline applies to international applicants.

To be considered for Graduate School Fellowships, applicants are encouraged to apply by December 12, 2023. All applicants who submit an application by the March 12, 2024 deadline will be considered for admission and funding, including research assistantships and teaching assistantships.

Supplemental materials, such as recommendation letters and/or scores, can come in after any deadline. The applicant’s part of the application should be completed and submitted by the deadline, including the application fee. The department cannot view applications until the application fee is paid.
