  • 11:00 – 11:55am – Pivotal Moments in our Department’s History – Panel conversation of our Chairs, Drs. Fred Brooks, Steve Weiss, Jan Prins, and Anselmo Lastra, moderated by Dr. Kevin Jeffay

  • 2:00 – 3:30 and 2:30 – 4:00 – Optional excursions: Weather permitting and comfortable shoes recommended. Groups will be leaving from the Sitterson Lobby to walk to the UNC Basketball Museum, the Ackland Art Museum, or on a campus tour.

Other Excursions: We will offer several other excursions on the day of the event, in lieu of the football game. Please stay tuned for details.

Parking: We have 100 parking spots reserved in the N7 lot, adjacent to the Carolina Inn: Please indicate your need for parking on the registration form. Note, parking is reserved for alumni and guests of the department. If you are current faculty, staff, or students, we will release any remaining spaces in our reserved block 1 week prior to October 18th.
