I have graduated from UNC and I am now working at Google. Check out my new homepage at http://ccwu.me.

My research has focused on feature detection and 3D reconstruction, under the supervision of Marc Pollefeys and Jan-Michael Frahm. My dissertation is geometry-driven feature detection, about exploiting 3D geometry and repetition for invariant feature detection.

Open-source softwares:
SIFT on GPU (SiftGPU), works for nVidia, ATI and Intel cards.
Multicore Bundle Adjustment, optimized for both GPU and CPU.
