ITS Software maintains a list of training options and tutorials here, this includes access to many O’Reilly books, lynda.com and the MS tech library.:
The Infosec Institute has a number of articles, ebooks and lab. These are largely tied to the skillset site, where you can take tests on the material you just learned and post your scores. This is a lead into their paid courses, but there’s lots of good information there.
Openculture is a vast resource of free material including courses from various universities.
It’s a hot topic these days. There’s a nice selection of free courses up at

Need some help with vi or vim? Mostly these days when you type vi you get vim instead. There’s a great cheat sheet at http://kcomputing.com/. Some tutorials that might help:
